Chickpea rolls in bacon
ingredients
250 g chickpeas 3 cloves garlic 1 pk onion 2 pk eggs 50 g grated cheese 200 g thinly sliced bacon pk salt pk ml.č.pepper pk ml.č.pepper ks breadcrumbs ks vegeta ks marjoram ks oil
mushroom sauce
300 g mushrooms to taste 1 pk onion 100 ml 33% cream ks vegeta ks water, salt, black pepper 1 KL solamyl ks oil
step
1. Soak the chickpeas for 12 hours and cook them soft the next day. Grind the chickpeas, onion and garlic. Add all spices, eggs, mix. 2. Add cheese, some breadcrumbs and season everything. 3. From the mass make rolls , which we wrap with bacon. Then fry nicely on all sides in a frying pan. 4. Saute the mushrooms in the onion, add the spices, add a little water. 5. Thicken with cream and solamyl, add a little water if it is thick. Season to taste. 6. Serve the chickpea rolls with rice, salad and pour over the mushroom sauce.
