Chicken with Vegetable Recipes, rice noodles

Simple, prepared in two pans, a mixture of chicken and fresh root and frozen Vegetable Recipes. Ready mixture served with boiled rice noodles. A dish inspired by Asian cuisine.

Ingredients:

Range for 4 servings: 600 g of chicken breast fillets

350 g frozen Vegetable Recipes (mix for Asian dishes) 200 g of root Vegetable Recipes (carrots, celery, parsley) 1 pk large onion 2 pcs garlic cloves 5 tbsp soy sauce 1-2 tbsp favorite Asian spices 2 tsp Scrub (Solamilk) For rice noodles: 1 package of rice noodles spring onions water salt

Procedure:

Slice chicken breasts into noodles, season with soy sauce mixed with oil and crushed garlic cloves, marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour

.Clean the root Vegetable Recipes, cut the carrots into thin slices, grate the celery and parsley on a large-mesh grater, cut the peeled onion into slices

First fry the onion in oil, add the Vegetable Recipes, even the frozen ones, the spring onion slices, pour a little water over everything, season with salt and pepper, simmer for a while

In another pan, fry marinated chicken pieces in a little oil, then add them to the pan with the Vegetable Recipes, again simmer for a while

Finally thicken the dish with starch dissolved in a small amount of cold water, simmer everything for a while, taste, season with salt and pepper if necessary

Stir fry the chicken pieces in the pan with the Vegetable Recipes./li>

Place freshly cooked rice noodles on the plate (prepare according to the instructions on the package), pile the chicken mixture on top and serve, or you can mix the noodles with the meat-vegetable mixture and serve the dish mixed.
