Chicken with “tarana”

Simplified chicken pieces baked with pasta crumble.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the cleaned chicken into pieces, place in a large pot, cover with water, salt and simmer until almost tender
2. Saute finely chopped onion in some of the butter, add diced, washed and seedless green pepper, add salt, pour in the juice from the chicken and some water and add tarana to the boiling mixture
3. Simmer it until tender – adjust the amount of water so that the tarana is not too dry or contains too much water
4. Place the soft tarana in a baking dish, pour over the rest of the melted butter in which you have browned the ground paprika, add the chicken pieces and bake, in a preheated oven at 200 °C, until the chicken is tender. Mix the coarse flour, egg and milk on a rolling pin, make a stiff dough, grate it coarsely and leave it to dry.
