Chicken with spaghetti (Tori-suki udon)

This recipe is a variation of the most famous Japanese dish sukiyaki, chicken is used instead of beef and other flavor ingredients are adapted to this meat.

This dish is prepared right on the table on an electric, gas or alcohol stove:
1. Bone the chicken and cut into pieces
2. Prepare the sauce from the broth of bones, giblets and other ingredients in advance by simmering everything together for about 40-50 minutes
