Chicken with Mushroom Stuffing

Recipe from Hungarian cuisine for delicious roast chicken with mushroom stuffing.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people: 1 piece of chicken 40 g salt For stuffing: 200 g hub 40 g butter 1 pk yolk 1 pk jelly parsley milk salt

Procedure:

1. Salt the cleaned chicken on the outside and inside, fill with stuffing and sew with white thread
2. Then place the meat in the melted butter, cover with a little water and bake, in an oven preheated to 190-200 °C, until tender
