Chicken Spiced Breast on Paprika, Gnocchi

Modern version of chicken served with paprika sauce and traditional potato gnocchi.

Ingredients:

Range for 4 servings: 4 pcs chicken breast 2 pcs medium onions 120 g English bacon 4 tbsp butter 0.5 l of cream 1 tablespoon ground sweet Hungarian paprika chicken broth smooth flour crushed cumin pepper salt For gnocchi: 4 pcs large potatoes 1-2 pcs eggs 2 handfuls

Procedure:

Melt the butter directly in a saucepan over a heat source, then sauté the finely chopped onion

.Stuff the chicken breasts with wedges of English bacon, rub generously with paprika, season with salt, pepper and cumin

Bread the breasts and fry in the onion, both sides

Remove the baked breasts from the baking dish, keep warm, add cream with a little flour to the base after the meat and simmer the sauce for 10 to 15 minutes

Season the sauce with spices

Slice the breasts and serve them covered with the sauce, in this case another side dish is gnocchi.

Preparation of gnocchi:

Grate the potatoes, then mash them

Add the flour and eggs, form a dough, which is cooked in well-salted boiling water for about four minutes through a large-mesh colander (gnocchi maker).
