Fry peeled, finely chopped onion in heated oil for 2 minutes, add peeled, sliced garlic clove, cleaned chicken drumsticks, salt, pour water and cook for 20 minutes
.Take out the chicken drumsticks, let them cool down for a while and peel the meat from the bones
Return the peeled meat back into the soup, bring to a boil, add the pasta rice and simmer for 6-8 minutes
Finally add the finely chopped parsley, season the soup with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
