Chicken soup with nettle

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp ground coriander 1 pk chicken 1.5 litres water 2 tbsp sour cream 2 tbsp chives 200 g of broccoli some thin noodles
procedure
1. Wash the chicken, put in cold water. Cook it over a medium heat until tender, remove, let cool and trim the meat. 2. Put the nettle leaves, sour cream and meat into the broth. Season the broth with apple cider vinegar and coriander. Garnish the soup with chives and serve either on its own or with cooked noodles.
