Chicken Soup

Soup made of chicken meat (chicken wings), Vegetable Recipes, with an insert of hair noodles.

Procedure:
1. Put the rinsed meat in a pot, add the cleaned, halved celery, cleaned carrots and parsley, peeled whole onion, add black peppercorns, allspice, pour 2 litres of water, bring to the boil, reduce the heat and add the broth
2. Boil for about 45 minutes, when the meat starts to fall off the bone, drain the broth through a large colander into another pot, let the Vegetable Recipes and meat drain and cool
3. Bring the soup back to a boil, add the hair noodles, boil for 5 minutes, then remove from heat, season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
