Chicken slices in curry sauce

1 kg chicken breast 2 pcs medium onion 1 tsp curry pepper 1/2 tsp ground cumin 5 tbsp tomato juice salt, ground black pepper plain flour 1 tsp ground sweet red pepper ground chilli pepper vegetable oil 1 clove garlic vegetable seasoning

Excellent meat in curry sauce, suitable for Sunday lunch:))

Slice the meat, lightly batter, season with salt and pepper, dust with flour and fry in a frying pan in hot oil. Remove the meat and keep warm under a lid.

Add a little oil and finely chopped onion to the fat and fry until golden brown. Put back the meat, add the tomato sauce. Curry spices, cumin, crushed garlic, ground red pepper, chili pepper, to taste and pour boiling water to cover the meat. Simmer, stirring occasionally and adding boiling water as needed. There is no need to thicken the sauce, just the flour with which the cutlets have been dusted. Season and serve.

You can also use other meats, e.g. pork loin, pork leg. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
