800 g chicken breast 1 pk medium onion salt, ground black pepper red sweet ground paprika granulated garlic 1 tsp gyros pepper vegetable oil 300 ml semi-skimmed milk 100 ml Whipping cream 33% 100 g melted cheese in the casing 100 g hard cheese 2 tbsp plain flour, solamyl (optional)

Wash and dry the chicken breasts, slice, lightly batter, salt, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and fry briefly in a frying pan in hot oil. Sprinkle each slice with finely granulated garlic and ground red pepper. Keep warm.

Add a tablespoon of oil to the stock and fry the finely chopped onion until golden brown. Add the browned meat slices, a teaspoon of Gyros spice, pour boiling water up to the height of the meat and simmer. Remove the meat, add the cheese in the casing and the grated hard cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Whisk flour or solamyl in the milk, pour it and the cream into the cheese base, bring to the boil, return the meat to the boil and bring to the boil. Set aside, season.
