Chicken Sauté with Carrots and Soy Sauce

Here is the recipe for chicken stir-fry with carrots and soy sauce, a good chicken dish with Asian flavors, light, express and very easy to make, serve with cooked rice for a balanced meal.
Ingredients for 4 people:
500 g chicken breast 20 g flour 4 small carrots 2 tablespoons soy sauce 200 ml vegetable broth 1 tablespoon olive oil salt, pepper.
Preparation:
Cut the chicken breast into cubes then flour them.
Peel the carrots then cut them into pieces.
In a casserole dish heat the olive oil then fry the chicken pieces and carrots for 3 minutes.
Add the vegetable broth, soy sauce, salt and pepper then cook for about 15 to 20 minutes half covered.
Then serve your carrot and soy sauce chicken stir fry dish with cooked rice.
