1 tbsp oil 1 pk onion 200 g chicken breast 150 g rice 400 ml water 1 pk chilli pepper 1 handful arugula 1 tbsp butter pk salt pk ground black pepper

Simple yet so tasty risotto.
1.
Fry the onion in oil and add the meat.
2.
Followed by rice and chilli. Mix everything well and sauté for 5 minutes.
3.
Bring water and simmer on low heat until the water evaporates.
4.
Then stir in the rocket and finally the butter.
5.
Season with salt and pepper and serve. Enjoy!
