Chicken Pushups

Recipe for 2 legs of poultry meat and other ingredients, weighing approximately 1.2 kg.

Procedure:
1. Wash, cut up the chickens and put them to boil in salted water with 2 bay leaves, 4 allspice balls and 8 whole peppercorns, cook under a lid until tender
2. In a second pot, boil the pork rinds in salted water
3. Drain the parboiled chicken, set aside the broth, use part of it in the meat sauce, and use the rest to make a hearty chicken soup
4. Remove the skins from the cooled chicken and cut the meat into cubes, put them in a bowl
5. Strain the cooked pork skins and grind them while still warm in a meat grinder
6. Mix the prepared skins with the chopped chicken meat, add the crushed garlic and to taste marjoram, ground allspice, salt and pepper, mix and dilute the mixture with 2-3 dl of chicken broth
7. Put the filled tlačenky into boiling water, then turn down the heat and cook for 30 minutes, turning the tlačenky occasionally during cooking in the pot
