Chicken pieces in bacon wrap with cheese sauce

500 g chicken breast 200 g Schwarzwald ham 100 g Niva cheese 200 ml whipping cream 300 ml milk 1 tbsp plain flour 1 butter 3 tbsp oil to taste salt, ground white pepper
procedure
1. Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into larger slices. Season them with salt and pepper and wrap them in slices of ham. Melt the butter and oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken pieces for about 3 minutes on each side. Take them out and keep warm. 2. Drain the oil from the pan, pour the milk into the pan and let it come to the boil. Add the cheese and melt it in the milk. Stir the flour into the cream, pour it into the milk and let it boil. Set aside and serve. 3. Serve chicken in bacon wrapper with cheese sauce and preferably baked potatoes.
