Cut the chicken carefully and pat into thin slices.

Salt and pepper them, place them in the beaten egg. You can also add a little milk.

Crush the seeds and almonds into smaller pieces.

Then coat the pieces of meat coated with the egg.

Place the wrapped meat on a baking tray lined with baking paper. In a preheated oven at 190 degrees, bake for 15-20 minutes on one side, then flip, add a little olive oil and bake for another 10-10 minutes.
