Chicken Papillote with Mustard

Here is the recipe for chicken papillote with mustard, a good dish cooked in the oven, easy and very light, perfect to make for an evening meal.
Ingredients for 1 person:
150 g chicken cutlet 1/2 onion 1 tablespoon mustard 1 tomato herbes de Provence 1 tablespoon lemon juice 3 green olives parsley salt, pepper
Preparation:
Cut half of the tomato into slices then arrange in the center of a sheet of aluminum foil. Brush the cutlets with mustard then place them on top of the tomatoes.
Then cover them with the remaining sliced tomato.
Cut the olives into small pieces then slice the onion.
Add a drizzle of lemon juice then season with the herbes de Provence, parsley, salt and pepper.
Then close the papillotes and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 180°.
Serve your papillote with rice or pasta.
