Chicken Paella in the Cookeo recipe
Here is how to make a chicken paella in the Cookeo, the typical Spanish dish, to be served as a family meal or at your reception. The preparation is quite simple and it is even easier with the Cookeo.
Ingredients:
600 g chicken breast 250 g rice 200 g peas 2 tomatoes 1 onion Saffron 500 ml water
Preparation:
Start by cutting the chicken breast into pieces, then slice the onion, and dice the tomatoes. Put the sliced onion with the chicken in the Cookeo tank and fry in brown mode.
Add the rice and water then crumble the saffron on top and mix well. Start the rapid pressure cooking for 4 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and peas.
Start the rapid pressure cooking mode again for another 4 minutes before serving your chicken paella.
