Grilled chips with tomato mixture and cheddar cheese.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Saute the peeled finely chopped onion in hot oil for 5 minutes
2. Add ground sweet pepper, cooked, chopped chicken and fry
3. Place the corn tortilla chips in a baking dish, spread the tomato mixture on top, sprinkle with finely grated cheddar cheese, place under the grill for about 3 minutes and serve.
Recommendation:
The nachos can also be topped with chopped spring onions.
