Chicken Liver on Toast

Baked baguette smeared with butter and topped with a sauteed mixture of chicken liver, tomatoes, shallots and other ingredients.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Wash, dry and cut the cleaned liver into smaller pieces
2. In a frying pan in heated oil fry the peeled shallots and sliced garlic, add the liver and fry it
3. Stir in the ground paprika, then the tomato paste, add the tomatoes, simmer briefly and finally season with a pinch of oregano, salt and pepper
4. Cut the baguette lengthwise, cut it into longer pieces, then brush the slices with butter and toast them in the oven until golden brown, then spread the prepared liver mixture on them and decorate the toasts with halved tomatoes and fresh oregano.
