Chicken Grits Soup

Soup of chicken skeleton, chicken skin, spices and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

100 g of chicken skins 1 pk chicken skeleton 6 pcs garlic cloves 1 pk onions 1 pk masox 1.5 l water 2 tbsp ground pepper 2 tbsp smooth flour 2 tbsp fat 2 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon

pinch of ground chilli speck of cumin salt

Procedure:

Fry the peeled, finely chopped onion in lard until brown, add the ground pepper, a pinch of ground chilli, cover with water, add the skeleton, the cleaned, thinly sliced skin, season with salt and leave to cook for 40 minutes

.Remove the cooked skeleton, let it cool down, wipe the meat, put it back into the soup, prepare a light roux from oil and flour and stir it thoroughly into the soup

Season the soup with masox, peeled garlic, cumin, marjoram, salt and boil briefly.

Note:

The skeleton is formed when the chicken is deboned, it is the bones with the rest of the meat.
