Chicken broth with meat and noodles

Tasty broth made from chicken, Vegetable Recipes and spices, served with a side of chicken meat and noodles.

Ingredients:

Rule for approx. 5 servings: 1.5 l of drinking water 400 g cleaned chicken 120 g root Vegetable Recipes (carrots, celery, parsley) 85 g soup noodles 25 g onions 15 g salt 7-8 g polyjuice seasoning 5 g parsley or chives ground black pepper new spices

Procedure:

1. Cover the thoroughly cleaned and rinsed hen with water, bring to a boil, reduce the heat source, lightly salt, add the crushed allspice and pepper and cook slowly until the hen is partially tender
2. Add the cleaned, rinsed, coarsely diced root Vegetable Recipes and onions and cook until tender
3. Remove the cooked hen, carefully debone and cut the meat into small cubes, process the Vegetable Recipes in the same way
4. Boil the soup noodles in a large amount of salted water and cook them until tender, stirring occasionally, being careful not to boil them!
5. Drain the cooked pasta, rinse it thoroughly and mix it lightly with the prepared meat and Vegetable Recipes and pour in a little strained broth
6. Strain the broth through a thick colander and season with soup seasoning, add the rinsed, finely chopped parsley or chives to the soup when serving with the chicken, Vegetable Recipes and noodles.
