Cut the chicken breast lengthwise into 2 thin slices and then slice each piece into thin slices about 1 cm thick.

Slice the onion into marigolds and fry in coconut oil.

Salt the sliced chicken breasts, add the crushed garlic, black ground pepper and mix.

Then add the browned meat to the onion in the pan and brown it.

After about 15 minutes, add the lentils to the meat, reduce the heat, cover the pan and simmer over a low heat for 45 minutes.

Finally, season the mixture with Chinese pepper and add the halved green olives. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
