Chicken breast with crispy fries

Quick and filling lunch:

Slice the onion into small cubes and fry in oil until golden in a hot pan

Wash and cut the chicken breast into small cubes, then season with salt and add to the sautéed onions. Add the minced hot red pepper and stir. Stir everything together and cover with water after about 5 minutes. Add water as needed and cook the meat until tender.

Clean the peanuts and cut them into thicker fries and soak them in cold water. Prepare a frying pan and heat the oil. Place the fries in the pan on the hot oil and fry the fries for about 10 – 15 minutes. The fries will be golden and crispy on the surface.
