Chicken breast in yoghurt-cheese batter

500 g chicken breast 3 pcs eggs 100 g brick cheese grated 1 pcs White yoghurt ( 180 ml) 2 cloves garlic salt black pepper 2 tbsp breadcrumbs

Delicate dough and tender chicken… Delicious lunch.
1.
Wash the meat and cut into thin slices, which we season with salt and pepper. Rub the prepared meat with pressed garlic (1 tooth). I recommend letting it rest for a while in the fridge. (It is best if you prepare it the night before and let it rest overnight in the fridge).

In a bowl, mix the yogurt and finely grated cheese. Add the crushed garlic and egg. Coat the meat in this mixture and place on a baking tray with baking paper.

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and place in a preheated oven at 200-220°C for about 25 minutes.
