Ingredients:

Procedure:
Rinse, cut up the chicken and season with salt
Rinse the potatoes and cut into 1 cm wide slices, season with salt on both sides
.Cut the peeled onion into rounds
Grease a baking tray with butter and lay one half of the onion portion, arrange the potato slices, then sprinkle the rest of the onion on top
Finally, arrange the chicken portions, cover and bake, at a temperature of about 180 °C, for about 30 minutes, then uncover, pour the whipped cream over everything and bake for another 30 minutes
