Chicken and Boursin Coquillettes

If you’re looking for a quick dish to prepare with little effort, Chicken and Boursin Puff Pastry is what you need. It’s a tasty dish made with coquillettes cooked in a risotto style.
Ingredients for 4 people : – 10 sp / person –
300 g of coquillettes 100 g of peas 100 g of boursin 400 g of chicken breast 1 onion 80 cl of water 1 chicken stock cube 2 teaspoons of olive oil salt, pepper
Preparation :
Start by peeling and chopping the onion, then in a casserole dish brown it with the olive oil.
Add the pasta, stir, sauté for 2 minutes, then add the stock cube and water, and cook for 15 minutes.
Fry the diced chicken breast in a pan for 8 minutes without fat, then add the peas, Boursin, salt and pepper, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve the chicken and Boursin coquillettes immediately.
