Corpus: Beat egg yolks with sugar with an electric beater, gradually add lukewarm water, gently stir in sifted flour with baking powder, a little oil and stir in beaten egg whites with a fork. Spread on a baking tray with baking paper. Size 30×40 cm. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Let cool, remove the paper.

Filling: drain the cherries, pit. Make a pudding with 400 ml of the juice, the golden cob and the flour and leave to cool. If there is not enough juice, add water. Mash the sour cherries with an immersion blender and whisk them into the pudding.

Beat the room temperature butter with the icing sugar and spoon in the cooled pudding with the sour cherries. All ingredients should be about the same temperature so that the filling does not curdle. Spread the filling evenly over the surface. Pour the white chocolate icing over the surface and refrigerate. Cut into slices with a hot serrated knife.

Oil: In a water bath, melt the broken white chocolate and cerise in a bowl, stirring constantly.
