Cheese with ham in a double wrap

200 g hard cheese 150 g ham 2 pcs egg 1 tbsp milk some breadcrumbs for coating pinches salt fat/oil for frying

1.
Cut the cheese into 8 slices.
2.
Put one slice of ham between two slices of cheese.
3.
Combine the cheese and dip progressively in the eggs beaten with milk and salt and then in the breadcrumbs.
4.
Fry in hot oil. It can be served with a vegetable side dish or tartar sauce.
