Cheese Troy

Cubed romadour, beer jarosov cheese and aged niva, cheese stacked in layers interspersed with ram’s horns, olives, garlic, onions … all covered with oil and left to rest for a week.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the onion into wedges, garlic into thin slices, cheese into pieces
2. Stir some of the cheeses in hot paprika, some in a mixture of spices for ermine (pepper, thyme, dried garlic, coriander) and then layer the ingredients alternately in jars, starting with the horns, onions, cheeses, add olives and so on, when the jar is full, pour oil over it
3. Put in a cool place and leave to rest for 1 week.
Recommendation:
Serve with white bread.
