Cheese rolls from toasted bread

Slices of toasted bread smeared with butter, layered with slices of toasted cheese, rolled, toasted in a pan, served with cold sauce.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Trim the crust from the slices of toasted bread, butter each slice and top with a slice of cheese
2. Wrap the bread into a roll shape, gently weigh it down so that it does not unravel
3. Fry in melted butter or a little oil, on both sides, until golden brown, 5-6 minutes each (press each roll against the pan with a fork at the beginning of frying so that it does not unravel, after a while it will hold its shape)
4. Serve the finished rolls preferably warm with some good cold sauce.
