Cheese omelette with potatoes

Omelette prepared from boiled and then fried potatoes, sterilized Vegetable Recipes and eggs.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the cooked and peeled potatoes into thinner slices, fry them in fat in a pan
2. Sprinkle the fried potatoes with sterilized lettuce, salt and pepper and simmer for a while
3. Pour the dish with salted, beaten eggs mixed with grated cheese
4. Let everything set, fold the finished omelette and garnish with chopped green parsley on the plate.
Recommendation:
The sterilised salad can be replaced with sterilised peas.
