Cheese omelette with peas

Egg omelette flavoured with grated cheese, sprinkled with sterilised peas, served folded in half after the eggs have set, sprinkled with chopped parsley.

Procedure:
1. Beat the eggs with milk, a spoonful of cheese and salt, put them in a pan with heated oil and fry slowly
2. When the eggs start to curdle, add the peas and let them harden
3. Fold the omelette in half, sprinkle with cheese, parsley and serve.
