Cheese mixture in oil

Cubes of niva, romadour, ermine and Balkan cheese marinated in jars with onions, hot peppers, spices, covered with sunflower oil, served after aging, i.e. in 7 days at the earliest.

Ingredients:

200 g of Balkan cheese 200 g romandur 200 g hermelin 200 g niva 8 pcs balls of allspice 4 pcs of spring onions with blossom 4 pcs garlic scapes 2 pcs bay leaves dried crushed hot peppers sunflower oil pepper salt Other: appropriate jar with cap

Procedure:

Cube the cheese, dice the onion into rings

Place a few onion rings, bay leaf, allspice in the bottom of the jar

.Put in alternating cubes of cheese, sprinkle with thyme, pepper, intersperse with sliced garlic, onion, sprinkle lightly with hot peppers

When the jar is full, pour in sunflower oil, store in the fridge and leave to set for 7 days.
