100 g Niva cheese 50 g Emmentaler 3 cloves garlic 1 pk onion 1 tbsp dill 1 crucible sour cream to taste salt, ground black pepper

1. Grate both cheeses, add pressed garlic, finely chopped onion and sour cream. Blend everything to a smooth cream, season with salt, pepper and dill. 2. The dip can be used with chips, tortilla chips or on baked potatoes.
