A quick, tasty and easy recipe for interesting one-pot appetizers that will grace any party or holiday table.

Place the cheese slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 5 minutes.

Gently slide the wafers off the baking sheet and place them in a muffin tin to form pouches/baskets and set aside to cool.
3.
Place the mushrooms in the hot oil and add the chopped tomatoes, chopped yellow pepper and chopped jalapeño pepper. Season with salt and pepper and saute until soft.
4.
Fill the cheese pouches with the cooled vegetable mixture and garnish with a basil leaf.
