What are the shots?
Pulses are edible seeds of legumes, sometimes eaten fresh but usually dried, and include all beans, peas and lentils. They are high in protein, both good for vegetarians and a healthy choice for carnivores. Pulses are slow-release carbohydrates that help you feel fuller for longer and also add fibre to your diet.
It’s important to CHEAP dried pulses and when they eat loose, you can eat healthily and save money – great for family meals or cooking on a budget.

Yorkshire pudding is a favourite British food , especially roast meat for Sunday lunch. Stuffed Yorkshire puddings make great mid-week dinners or as an alternative to pies. The upsides of Yorkshire pudding make it a simply delicious filling food to look forward to.
One of my favourite fillings is the hot, spicy chilli concentration. The spiced panko is a little soft-tasting on the pudding batter side. The chili uses shredded/ground beef with lots of red beans and canned tomatoes, a good cheap and nutritious meal.

Chickpea Curry Recipe

Chickpea curry not only tastes great, but the wholesome ingredients . It’s quick and easy to prepare and is even better if prepared in advance and kept for a day before eating. Chickpea Curry also freezes very well, so batch but leave fresh cilantro garnish until serving.

We all have a favorite soup. Recipes and the Red Lentil and Tomato Soup recipe are mine for the mining. Doing it this way is so easy and takes very little time if you have some ready in stock. Red Lentil and Tomato Soup is very nutritious and another great reason to make this soup, it’s also relatively inexpensive to prepare.
If you have a freezer, now is the time to use it. Out of stock It’s a good idea to use a stock cube for this recipe. Use vegetable stock if you want a vegetarian soup , otherwise the chicken is good and I also like to use stock when I am cooking ham as long as it is not too salty.

You can cook baked beans and serve them hot roasted, which is the best, delicious and fast food. Homemade baked beans add another dimension; not only are they delicious, you can control what goes in and avoid the added canned variety with added sugar.
My recipe for hot beans is based on beans I baked in Italy, although I’m not strictly a British recipe, I’ve baked them so many times here in the UK, I think they’re allowed.

Mushy Peas – Peoples Favourite

Mushy peas are not the main roasters, but essential rhythms. Black-eyed peas are the innards of British food favourites, fish and chips or hot pies. There’s a lot of hype out there using frozen and even fresh peas, but a real traditional sauerkraut is made with recipe dried unpeeled peas that need soaking overnight, so a little planning is needed.
