Chard Soup II

One of the variants for a tasty vegetable soup.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the cleaned kohlrabi into noodles, the scraped carrots into rounds
2. Melt a knob of butter in a saucepan and fry the grits in it until slightly golden
3. Remove, stir in the egg, return to the hot plate and stir until it curdles
4. At this stage, pour in the cold water, stir the ingredients in the water, add the kohlrabi, carrots, stock, allspice and cook for about 10-15 minutes
5. Season the soup with pepper and nutmeg, and salt to taste
6. Garnish individual portions of hot soup with chopped green parsley.
