Celery soup with cheese

Soup prepared from grated celery, parsley and carrots, thickened with coarse semolina, flavoured with masox and a mixture of grated hard cheese, egg yolks, milk and spices.

Procedure:
1. Peel the celery, parsley and carrots, grate everything on a coarse grater into noodles
2. Then pour water into a pot, bring to a boil, add salt, add the grated Vegetable Recipes and boil for 5 minutes
3. In the meantime, mix the softened butter with grated hard cheese, egg yolks, a pinch of ground nutmeg, chopped parsley and milk
5. Finally, season the soup with salt to taste and serve.
