Cauliflower soup with red lentils

ingredients

1 pk carrots 1/2 pk cauliflower olive oil salt, pepper, 1 KL coriander 3 pk potatoes 2 handfuls red lentils

Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater in a saucepan with oil. Next, roast the carrots until they release their beautiful orange juices, then add half of the cauliflower that has been disassembled and cut into smaller pieces

Fry for a while and add water, salt, pepper and a teaspoon of turmeric. Cook the cauliflower until semi-soft and blend with an immersion blender, add water if you find the soup thick.

Rinse the potatoes and cook with two or three handfuls of red lentils until tender.
