2 handfuls cauliflower 3 tbsp corn 3 pcs boiled potatoes in skin 1 pcs onion 1 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp tartar sauce 1 tbsp full fat mustard pcs ground black pepper pcs salt pcs whipping cream

I wasn’t impressed by any recipe on the internet, so I made a yummy one that goes with anything
1. Boil the potatoes,especially the cauliflower and let cool. 2. Cut potatoes into cubes,cauliflower into florets and onion into small pieces. 3. Add the corn to the salad and crumble the dressing in a bowl. Mix the mayonnaise, tartar and mustard well with a fork. Add the cream I add a little over half a pint to make it thinner. 4. Mix everything together and add pepper and salt to taste. Who likes chives too 5. We ate the salad with baked smoked ham but also with fried cutlets,tenderloin even with steaks. Also great with baked goods or on its own. It’s up to you
