Cauliflower Paprika

Drained cauliflower, sterilised in brine, cooked in cream sauce, served with pasta.

Procedure:
1. Fry peeled, finely chopped onion in hot fat until golden brown, then dust it with paprika, add drained cauliflower florets
2. Add salt, pour the cream into which the flour is whisked, cook until the sauce is thick
3. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, then serve the cooked pasta topped with the sauce along with the cauliflower.
