6 pcs egg 2 tbsp milk to taste salt 200 g cauliflower 60 g lard to taste chopped parsley a little nutmeg
procedure
1. Beat the eggs with salt, milk and grated nutmeg. 2. Put a quarter of it on the hot lard. Add the cauliflower cooked in salted water and broken into florets and chopped parsley. 3. Serve with mashed potatoes and salad or compote.
