Cauliflower meatballs with cheese and bacon

1/2 pk smaller half of cauliflower florets 1 pk small chopped onion bacon finely chopped 2 pk eggs 5 tbsp plain or spelt flour diced hard cheese salt, ground pepper, vegeta, curry powder, marjoram breadcrumbs and sesame seeds for coating

Cauliflower meatballs filled with cheese and bacon.

First, cook the cauliflower. While the cauliflower is cooking prepare all the other ingredients in a bowl. In a bowl first put the diced bacon , also the cheese, onion, eggs , all the spices and flour. Drain the cooked cauliflower and, when cool, mash well with a fork. If the dough seems sticky or thin, add flour to the rest of the ingredients and mix well again.

Shape the meatballs , which we coat in a mixture of breadcrumbs and sesame seeds. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and drizzle with oil. Bake in a preheated 200C oven until golden.
