Cooked cauliflower divided into smaller florets, fried in oil with onions and eggs.

Procedure:
1. Under cold running water, boil the rinsed cauliflower in slightly salted water until tender, drain, slightly cool and divide into smaller florets
2. Fry the peeled, finely chopped onion in hot oil
3. Add the prepared cauliflower florets, salt them, season with pepper and cumin, stir fry the dish occasionally

Recommendation:
Serve boiled potatoes and various salads as a side dish. Cauliflower brain is especially great with cucumber salad.
