Cauliflower brain with peas and peppers

Cleaned, briefly boiled cauliflower roasted with chopped onions, diced red peppers, eggs and green peas.

Procedure:
1. Take the cleaned cauliflower and boil it in salted water until tender
2. Heat oil and butter in a large pan, add diced onion and let it turn golden
4. Add diced capers or peppers and sauté for 5 minutes
5. Beat the eggs in the pan and let them curdle
7. Salt and pepper to taste
8. Finally add the peas and mix everything together.
