Cauliflower and ham lasagne with Thermomix

Here is the recipe for cauliflower and ham lasagna with Thermomix, a good dish full of flavor, easy to make, based on melting cauliflower, ham and béchamel.
Ingredients:
1 kg cauliflower 15 pre-cooked lasagna sheets 1 onion 1 garlic clove 4 tablespoons fresh cream 30 g olive oil 200 g ham 80 g grated Gruyere cheese
For the béchamel:
500 ml milk 50 g flour 40 g butter 30 g parmesan salt, pepper, nutmeg
Preparation:
Wash then cut the cauliflower into florets then steam them in the varoma.
Pour 500g of water into the bowl then place the varoma and set 18 minutes varoma to speed 1.
At the buzzer remove the cauliflower then empty the bowl.
Put the chopped onion and garlic in the thermomix bowl then set 5 seconds on speed 5.
Add the olive oil then set 5 minutes at 100° on speed 1.
Add the cauliflower, cream, salt and pepper then set 3 minutes at 100° on spoon speed.
Pour the prepration into a dish then wash and dry the bowl.
For the béchamel, put the milk, flour, butter, parmesan, salt, pepper and nutmeg into the bowl then set 7 minutes at 90° on speed 4.
In a buttered dish place a layer of béchamel then a layer of lasagna, and a layer of cauliflower then place slices of ham and cover with béchamel.
Repeat until all ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of béchamel and sprinkle with grated Gruyere cheese.
Then bake for 25 minutes at 220°C.
