Cauliflower and ham gratin

We present you the cauliflower and ham gratin, a light dish with a fairly creamy sauce without being too expensive in points or calories. This dish is ideal as a lunch or dinner, to be served alongside a meat dish.
Ingredients for 4 people:
1 cauliflower 200 g fat-free, rindless ham 100 g 4% fresh cream 40 g grated low-fat Gruyère cheese salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cut the cauliflower into florets then cook in boiling salted water for 20 minutes, then drain.
At the same time cut the ham slices into pieces, then put the cream in a bowl, with salt, pepper and mix well.
In a gratin dish place the cauliflower and ham pieces then top with fresh cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Then put the cauliflower and ham gratin in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 180°.
