Catalan Beef Stew

Beef pieces braised in wine and tomato puree slightly diluted with water.

Ingredients:

500 g of boneless beef

3 dl red wine 4 tbsp tomato puree 8 pcs new potatoes 1 pc garlic cloves 1 pc onion garlic salami (piece of smoked meat) ground pepper oil salt

Procedure:

1. Sliced onion and garlic fry in heated oil
2. Add the cubed meat and fry it on all sides
3. Pour in the wine, add salt and pepper, stir in the tomato paste diluted with a few tablespoons of water and simmer under a lid until semi-soft
