This recipe was made by my late mother. It was a ploy to get carrots into us kids. Her mother, that is my grandmother, lived in the village and the fruit for jam was taken care of, she also supplied us with it.
1. Knead the room temperature game with the other ingredients into a dough, which you leave in clingfilm to rest in the fridge for half an hour. 2.
After this time, take it out and roll it out to a thickness of 5 mm, slice it into about 7×7 cm. You can also use a cookie cutter in approximately the same size.
3.
Place a teaspoon of jam on each slice and fold into a triangle shape and join around the edges with a fork.
4.
Bake at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes. Watch with your eye to see if it is done.
5.
When pulled out, roll in powdered sugar.
6.
Good taste!
